Feature Length Bio

Laura Couvillon is a recruiting guru and online business management expert. As co-founder of IntegrateUp, she’s had a front-row seat learning exactly what it takes to build companies from the ground up -- and especially how to build an ideal team of A-players who support a visionary CEO as they create a company that is ready to scale and grow.

Laura spent 10 years in the corporate world working her way up the ladder. She managed large conferences and trade shows all over North America. Next came marriage and three kids, so she ditched corporate for a more pick-my-kids-up-from-school type of career. Her background led to an amazing career as an Integrator. Through her work, she identified a need and co-founded IntegrateUp to help digital entrepreneurs hire their dream team. Today, Laura is the CEO of IntegrateUp, working with business owners from around the world.
