What's the process?

You tell us what you're looking for in an ideal candidate and specifics about your company, including your company culture.

Then we write the job description, post the job in multiple locations, review the applications, perform a skills assessment, and interview candidates.

You then interview the top candidates and choose the one that best fits your company.

(Our clients tell us the hardest part of the process is choosing who to hire because they have more than one great option!)

How long does it take?

A hiring project usually takes about four to six weeks.

Your total time commitment ... three hours!

How am I involved?

At the beginning, you meet with a hiring specialist to discuss the details of what you're looking for in an ideal team member plus answer a series of questions that help us filter for the best candidates.

At the end, you interview the top two or three candidates and select the one that best fits your company.

All along the way, we are here to support you if you have any questions or want to discuss your candidates with us.

What if I don't like my hire?

We want you to be over-the-moon happy with your newest team member.

If something's not quite right with your final candidates, we'll meet with you to refine what you're looking for and then send you additional options to interview.

Once you've made a final decision, we guarantee your hire for 30 days. If they don't work out for any reason, we'll once again find you additional candidates to consider.
